Applies only to overseas purchases through Paddle from AIPro Inc. (Korean registered name: 주식회사 에이아이프로). Domestic PortOne purchases follow separate domestic refund terms.
Policy version: October 7, 2026 / Paddle source: March 31, 2026
Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for overseas purchases; AIPro supplies the software. Paddle handles payments, tax, receipts and refunds under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Refund eligibility and amounts are determined by Paddle under those policies and applicable law. AIPro adds no separate 7-day, 48-hour, once-per-member or domestic annual-deduction rule to overseas payments.
The policy covers consumer and business purchases. The policy applicable at the transaction date governs; Paddle Buyer Terms prevail in a conflict. Mandatory rights and any greater protection remain available.
Transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where required by law. Paddle may consider discretionary requests submitted within 14 days of payment and approve a full or partial refund or decline the request. A timely request does not guarantee a refund; fraud and refund abuse can prevent refunds.
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or https://paddle.net. The overseas refund button in your account also directs you to Paddle support. Contact AIPro at aipro.homepage@gmail.com for help resolving software issues.
Paddle’s country-specific rules govern statutory withdrawal. Eligible EU/EEA, Swiss and UK contracts have a 14-day withdrawal period, generally covering the first subscription payment. Paddle specifies new periods after free trials and for UK annual renewals.
Expressly waiving withdrawal rights followed by digital content download, streaming or use may limit that right. Consult Paddle’s policy for other countries’ periods and conditions. Statutory requests are not automatically rejected merely because 14 days have passed.
Paddle also describes country-specific periods of 14 days for eligible contracts in Turkey and Israel, 7 days in South Korea, Brazil, China and Canada, and 5 days in Singapore. Check the transaction’s Paddle policy and mandatory law for eligibility, when the period starts and how to request withdrawal.
Rights concerning failed or unreasonably delayed delivery, misdescribed products and material defects remain available. Contact AIPro first for resolution, then Paddle if unresolved. Paddle handles refunds under applicable law.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible within 14 days of approval. EU statutory withdrawals under Paddle’s policy are refunded within 14 days of receiving the request. Refunded product access ends.
Cancel renewal through your account, the management link in your receipt or https://paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the current billing period’s end and prevents future charges. Cancellation and refund requests are separate.
Registered businesses eligible for a tax refund under local law should contact Paddle within 60 days of the transaction and provide a valid tax registration number or required exemption evidence. Greater statutory rights remain available.
Contact Paddle before raising a card dispute or chargeback. Product access may be temporarily suspended during review of a dispute or payment reversal, without removing lawful payment-dispute rights.
